Indian cricketing legends, led by former captain Kapil Dev, would take on the team of South African veterans in the second edition of World Cricket Legends (WCL) organised by Beyond Boundaries. After the success of its first edition in Switzerland, WCL is all set for its second innings, titled as “World Cricket Legends in the Wild” in the middle of the South African Bush. India’s first World Cup winning captain Kapil Dev would lead the Indian side against the South Africans headed by Mike Procter. The Indian side would comprise players like Anshuman Gaekwad, Dilip Vengsarkar, Ajay Jadeja and Roger Binny. The South African team includes the likes of Graeme Pollock, Lance Klusener, Paul Adams, Andrew Hudson and Peter Kirsten. The Indian contingent took on the wild when they went on a morning safari to acclimatise themselves with the playing conditions in the middle of the jungle. The WCL promises to be a fascinating experience spread over three days with a combination of fun and adventure.
